Guest Reviews & Ratings
I was pleased with the comfortable rooms, especially the nice linens and the lavender oil on the nightstand. The service was top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail was impressive. However, the location could use some improvement as it was a bit of a long walk to the harbor and restaurants. The dining experience was delightful, with a fabulous breakfast spread, but the lack of complimentary coffee was a downside. Overall, a solid stay with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering ample space for my family. The service was superb, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. The location was great for exploring Portland, although it was a bit of a trek to the harbor. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
The hotel room had a spectacular view of the city and harbor, but it didn't seem like it could maintain a steady temperature. Only linens for one bed were provided, and the room wasn't quite ready upon arrival. The service was quite pleasant and efficient, though there was a minor miscommunication issue. The location, while close to the old port district and the Arts district, lacked clear signage out front, affecting its competitiveness. The dining experience, featuring an enormous Boilermaker breakfast, was fabulous but took longer than expected for delivery. The price of the room service was a little pricey. Overall, the facilities were good but not ideal considering the high cost.
